Signing In: Account Migration and What to Expect
(Updated April 5, 2026)
Chris Johnson
We are transitioning all accounts to a new unified sign-in system. Here's what you need to know.
What's Changing
When you sign in, you may be prompted to set a new password and provide your email address. This is a one-time process that upgrades your account to our new system, giving you a more secure and streamlined experience.
How It Works
- Sign in with your existing username and password as usual.
- If your account hasn't been migrated yet, you'll be asked to create a new password and enter your email address.
- Once complete, you'll be signed in automatically. Future sign-ins will use your new password.
Multiple Properties or Accounts
If you manage more than one property or have multiple accounts, the system will automatically link them together when you use the same email address. This means you'll only need one set of credentials to access all of your properties going forward.
If You Run Into Issues
- Forgot your password? Use the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in page to reset it via email.
- Account not found or can't sign in? Your legacy credentials may need to be verified. Please reach out to us for assistance.
- Something doesn't look right after migrating? Let us know and we'll make sure your properties and permissions are correctly linked.
